Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any SIP extensions and sub-accounts you create.

Services are prepaid. Calls are charged per second against your available balance at the rates published in your portal. If your balance is exhausted, outbound calling may be suspended until you top up.

Top-ups may be made using supported conventional methods and cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and USDT. Cryptocurrency credits are applied once the relevant network confirms your transaction.

You agree not to use the services for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful traffic, including illegal robocalling, caller-ID spoofing intended to deceive, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications regulations in the jurisdictions you originate or terminate calls.

We operate fraud controls, including retry throttling and blocked caller-ID lists, and may suspend traffic that triggers them to protect the platform and other customers.

DID and toll-free numbers are provided subject to availability and the rules of the relevant numbering authority. Numbers may carry regulatory requirements, and misuse may result in reclamation.

We work to keep services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Routing quality depends in part on upstream carriers and networks outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, present a fraud or security risk, or carry traffic that endangers the platform. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above and, where appropriate, communicated through the portal.
